Biography

Euripides Hatzikraniotis is a Professor in Physics at the School of Physics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH)
– Greece, with the subject "Electronic Properties of Semiconductors, Semiconductor Devices and Didactics of Physics." He is the director of the postgraduate studies program on Didactics of Physics and Educational Technology and the director of the Laboratory of Science Education and Educational Technology of the School of Physics – AUTH. His research interests cover the development evaluation of Teaching-Learning Sequences in STEM, Nano-Technology, inquiry-based learning, and experimentation with digital media and the use of mobile devices. He has participated in about 30 research projects as coordinator or principal investigator. He has more than 200 publications in international journals and conferences ~2050 references to his work (h-index:22). Professor Hatzikraniotis holds a PhD from AUTH under the title “Study of the behavior of intercalated Li ions in InSe, and their effect on the properties of the host.”
